Terms & Conditions

• The ‘Majestical Movie Moment’ competition commences at 11.00am on Thursday, 25th July 2019 and closes at 11.59pm on Tuesday, 30th July 2019.
• Winners will be announced on the Kempsey Central Facebook page on Friday, 2nd August.
• It is not a condition of entry to share the Majestical Movie Moment post on your Facebook page, but it would be greatly appreciated if you could spread the word.
• There are 3 prizes to be won – $50 Gift Cards from Sanity, located within Kempsey Central.
• Entries will be judged by the Kempsey Central Centre Management Team and their decision will be final.
• Prizes can be collected from the Depot Café at Kempsey Central after they have been announce. Proof of identification may be required on collection of Prize.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one per person only.
• Directors, management, employees and their immediate families, suppliers and staff from Pacific Shopping Centre stores are not permitted to enter the competition.
• The promoter of the competition is Gowing Bros Ltd. Suite 21, Jones Bay Wharf, 26-32 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
