4. Short film requirements and judging criteria

In creating your short film, please note:

• Maximum of 3 minutes per film.
• You take responsibility for any music or image rights and approvals.
• Kempsey Central reserves the right not to publish any film that includes violence, discrimination, bullying or other inappropriate behaviours, images or music.
• Short film must be less than 2GB in size and be submitted as an MP4 video.
• Short film must be shot in landscape format.
• Must be 5+ years old to nominate and/or be nominated as a STAR.
• Parents permission is required for any entries submitted for kids aged between 5 to 16 years of age.

Judging Criteria:

All short films will be judged on creativity and originality by the Kempsey Central Centre Management Team.

Important:

• By entering the competition, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions – which are provided in the attachment below.
• You accept and agree that your short film will be broadcast across a range of channels, including (but not limited to) social media, YouTube, Kempsey Central and other partner websites, Kempsey Central Shopping Centre and Majestic Cinemas.
• By entering the competition, you are agreeing to join the Pacific Coast Club mailing list.
